I have just recently started my new video of the week series where I feature a new video of one of my songs recorded at shows, practices, and really anywhere I am doing something with my music. First Off looking forward to playing TGIF tonight out at TowneBank Fountain park next to Waterside in norfolk this Evening. I remember going to the TGIF shows out at Town point park as a kid, So this is going to be really cool. If your in the Norfolk Area please stop on by. I will be playing from about 5:30 until 9pm.

I am also working hard at trying to find some new venues and get my schedule much more rounded out (If you know of anywhere looking for live music, please let me know or YOU can book me). I am also spending more time working on some writing. So definitely staying busy and I really hope to see you soon. more.

I have been busy booking shows, Writing, practicing and just having an all around great time with my music lately. I'm looking for lots of new venues to perform as well as hoping to get back into some of the old spots. As for new venues I have been performing at Oceans and Ale in Williamsburg VA monthly and have shows booked with them through June. This is a fun place, great atmosphere and an awesome staff. Haven't tried the food yet but it looks really good! Definitely try and make it out, you won't be dissappointed. Also stay tuned as I'm going to start up the Scott V-log again real soon posting some videos of new songs in the works as well as some other clips.

On a serious note. During this past Saturdays storms Page midle School in Gloucester VA was destoyed by a tornado that came through the area. Along with the property, there band dept. lost both of there upright basses. I'm sure Page middle can use support from all other angles but I know specifically if anyone has an upright bass for sale, for donation or even for temporary loan, please let me know so I can pass on your information. the school has there end of year concert coming up and could sure use the help. In situtaions like this it is so important for kids to get back into there routine and especially not miss out on something they have been working all year for. Let me know if there is anything you can do to help.
